UPDATE: Police Say Luring Report False

London police say a report of child luring in the Wellington Rd. and High St. area is false.

Investigators say after probing the report, officers determined "that the allegation is unfounded."

Police had previously said a man was seen offering school children a ride yesterday around 1:30pm. He was reportedly driving a red pick-up truck.

However, parents are still being encouraged to speak with their children about the dangers of taking a ride from strangers.
