A fixture on London's Richmond Row for more than 20 years is preparing to transform into a new name and a new concept.

Jim Bob Rays is becoming Toboggan Brewing Co., a bar and restaurant featuring its own microbrewery and the new home of the owners' Piz.A.Pie restaurant, that had been located further north on Richmond.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
