Man Injured In Fire Dies

An Otterville man seriously injured in a house fire last week has died.

Oxford OPP and fire crews were called to a blaze on Albert St. in Otterville around 11pm on Friday, March 27.

The man inside the burning home, 56-year-old Randy Sutton, was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries, where he later died.

Investigators say the house was completely destroyed.

Both the coroner and the Ontario Fire Marshal are investigating.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
