Otters Down Knights In Game One

The London Knights started strong but ultimately fell 5-2 to the Erie Otters in Game 1 in the Western Conference semi-finals.

On Thursday, the Knights had a 2-0 lead at the start of the second period, but the Otters were able to score three of their own before the third. Erie scored two more unanswered goals in the final frame to lock in their victory.

Max Domi and Mitchell Marner each scored one for London.

The Knights will stay in Erie for Game 2 against the Otters on Friday at 7pm.

Game 3 is Sunday in London.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
