Woodstock police say they searched a home on Victoria St. back on April 2. Officers arrested 41-year-old James Hiiuvain.
He is charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography.
Hiiuvain will appear in court at a later date.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
