London police say drugs and weapons were found at an east end home that was the site of a 24 hour standoff earlier this week.
Peter Muir, 46, now faces the following charges:
- uttering death threats
- possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose (x2)
- unauthorized possession of a prohibited
- unlawfully producing a schedule II substance
- possession of a schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking
The 46-year-old armed himself with a crossbow and barricaded himself inside the home. After a full day of negotiations, he surrendered peacefully.
Officers then searched the home and seized the following:
- a crossbow
- several crossbow arrows
- a pellet pistol
- two silencers for pellet pistol
- 23 marijuana plants valued at $23,000
- 2,184 grams of marijuana bud valued at $2,184
