The Ontario Provincial Police says on Sunday around 3:32pm, the SUV was reversing out of a residence driveway on Oakwood Ave. when it struck the two female pedestrians aged 69 and 94.
Both woman were taken to a local hospital with minor and serious non-life threatening injuries.
Dalton Cebulak, 22, of Norfolk County faces a charge of fail to yield from private drive.
