Police Investigate East London Assault

London police are asking for the public's help as they investigate an altercation between two males in east London Friday night.

Police say at around 8:10pm two males engaged in a verbal altercation in a parking lot in the area of Marconi Blvd. and Noel Ave.

Police believe one of the males struck the other on the head with a weapon. Police say the suspect continued to assault the male before fleeing the area.

The male was sent to hospital but has since been discharged.

Anyone with information is asked to contact London police or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
