Woodstock police say the Criminal Investigations Branch has charged Sebastian Vienneau, 18, with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography.
He will appear in a Woodstock court on June 23.
The blaze broke out on Saturday, just after 2:30 a.m., at a home at 2871 Oil Springs Line.
