Inside Workers Petition Council

With their strike now in week four, the municipal inside workers are increasing the pressure on London city negotiators to return to the bargaining table.

CUPE Local 101 posted a petition on their website, asking Londoners to "encourage" the mayor and councillors to get involved in the dispute in a "meaningful way".

Talks between the city and the union broke off last week. CUPE Local 101 officials say their negotiation team has offered concessions and to send the matter to arbitration. The union held a rally at Victoria Park on Tuesday afternoon.

The petition and the union's position on the stalemate are HERE.
