Police Seek Robbery Suspect

London police are looking for a suspect after an armed robbery at a south end convenience store.

Around 9:55pm Tuesday, a man armed with a knife tried to rob the Dulaney Mini Mart at 840 Dulaney Dr., but the clerk grabbed a broomstick to defend himself and refused to hand over any cash.

The robber took off and no injuries were reported.

The suspect was wearing a black ski mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and dark shoes with white toes.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
