Humane Society Warns Of Phony Investigators

The London Humane Society is getting the word out about people pretending to be OSPCA Investigation Agents.

It says on August 18, two men pretended to be agents and managed to get into a home in London. The Humane Society says the men even offered documents which looked official and told the homeowner that she would need to find a new home for her pet.

The Humane Society wants to make it clear that its investigators are dressed in in full OSCPA uniform, and carry with them badges and appropriate identification. It has reported the incident to police.

Anyone with concerns about individuals misrepresenting themselves as Investigations Agents of the London Humane Society, is asked to call 519-451-0630 or London police.
