Troy Armstrong, 32, was arrested Wednesday after police searched a home in Tillsonburg and seized a computer system that police allege contained images of the sexual abuse of children.
Armstrong is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography.
He will appear in court in Woodstock on September 22.
