Police have made an arrest after an assault in London sent a man to hospital with serious injuries.
The London Police Service says on Saturday around 4am, officers responded to the area of Richmond St. near Dufferin St. to find the 47-year-old man in medical distress. The man was then taken to hospital in critical condition, but he has since been upgraded to stable condition.
Lyle Shipman, 20, of London has now been charged with robbery and aggravated assault in relation to the incident.
