Driver Charged In 402 Rollover

Three people were taken to hospital after a single vehicle rollover on Hwy. 402 in Plympton-Wyoming late Thursday afternoon.

Lambton OPP, EMS and volunteer fire crews responded to the westbound highway near Oil Heritage Rd. just after 5pm.

Constable Travis Parsons says the pick-up was travelling west when it swerved and left the road. He says the pick-up hit a guardrail and rolled several times before coming to rest on the driver side of the vehicle in the right lane of the westbound highway.

Parsons says all three occupants of the vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries.

A 19-year-old Brooke Alvinston male is charged with careless driving.
