The body of Heidi Holm, 77, was found in Chelsea Green Park.
Police say autopsy results confirmed the identification.
Holm was reported missing early Monday afternoon, and had last been seen around 11pm on Sunday in the area of Wellington Rd. and Frank Place.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
