Crash Sends Two Women To Hospital

Two women have been taken to hospital following a serious crash south of Woodstock.

Oxford OPP officers were called to Otterville Rd. and Hwy. 59 just before 10am Wednesday after two vehicles collided.

Police say a female passenger was thrown from one of the vehicles. She was airlifted to London hospital with undetermined injuries. The woman driving the other vehicle was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Otterville Rd. between Hwy. 59 South and Church St. was closed for several hours. It re-opened just before 2pm.

Harjit Kaur, 43, of Brantford has been charged with failure to yield.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
