Santa Coming To Hyde Park Saturday

Another big crowd is expected Saturday at the seventh Hyde Park Santa Claus Parade.

The parade starts at 10am at Sherwood Forest Mall and heads west along Gainsborough Rd. to just beyond Hyde Park Rd. People attending the parade are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for donation.

Volunteers will collect donations along the parade route.

If you want to leave your vehicle at home, the LTC is offering free rides for children aged five to Grade 6 between 8am and 2pm. Children under five always ride free.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
