Battalion Shoots Down Knights

The London Knights lost 7-2 to the North Bay Battalion, snapping a win streak that was just shy of ten games.

On Sunday afternoon, the Battalion took a 2-0 lead in the first period and extended it to 7-0 in the second. The Knights were able to make it on the board with two goals before the third, but a scoreless final frame gave North Bay the win.

Cliff Pu and JJ Piccinich scored a goal each for London.

The Knights return to the ice on Wednesday to take on the Kitchener Rangers at 7pm.
