Elgin OPP were called to Ferguson Line just east of Highbury Ave. around 7:30am Wednesday. When officers arrived they found a vehicle in the ditch on its side.
A 37-year-old London man had been trapped inside the vehicle but was able to make it out before police arrived.
He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
