Police Investigate Shooting Of Three Dogs Near Exeter

Police are investigating the shooting deaths of three dogs, west of Exeter.

Huron County OPP says the three dogs were discovered Saturday afternoon at the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority, south of the Parr Line and Rodgerville Road intersection.  The dogs were found in a ditch by a group of rabbit hunters.   All three had been shot in the head.

Two of the dogs are described as mixed breed hounds and one of the dogs was a purebred Walkerhound. Two were light brown in colour and one was primarily white with light brown patches.
