Brant OPP say a 2006 Jeep Commander was heading east on Powerline Rd., east of Bethel Church Rd. around 7pm Sunday when it veered off the road and crashed.
Jeffery Sturgeon, the lone occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
