Express Beat Lightning 91-88

The London Lightning fell 91-88 to the Windsor Express on Saturday.

Windsor scored a 28-17 lead in the first quarter and extended it to 48-36 at halftime. The Express held the lead throughout the second half with London keeping close behind. However, the Lightning couldn't rally past Windsor before the buzzer.

Brandon Robinson led Windsor with 23 points and two rebounds, while Chris Commons 22 points and six rebounds.

Stephen Maxwell scored a game high 25 points for London.

The Lightning will face the Niagara River Lions next on Wednesday at 7pm. And then on Friday, the are set to take on the Orangeville A's at 7:30pm.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
