NHL Rookie Tournament Tickets On Sale Thursday

In just a few short days hockey fans will be able to snap up individual game tickets for the Scotiabank 2016 NHL Rookie Tournament at Budweiser Gardens.

Individual tickets for the tournament being held September 16, 17, and 18 go on sale at 10am on Thursday. Tournament packages offering multiple game tickets have been available since April 29.

This is the fourth year in a row that London has hosted the tournament which features the top prospects from four of the National Hockey League’s most popular franchises. Over the course of three days, fans will see the new crop of talent playing for the Toronto Maples Leafs, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Ottawa Senators, and the Montreal Canadiens.

London Knights co-captain Mitch Marner and Defenceman Victor Mete are likely to be featured during the tournament. Mete was chosen by Montreal during the fourth round draft picks over the weekend. Marner was drafted by Toronto last summer.

Single game tickets will cost $19.50 for adults and $14.50 for kids, students and seniors.

Tickets will be available online at www.budweisergardens.com and by phone at 1-866-455-2849. They can also be purchased in person at the Courtesy Ford Box Office at Budweiser Gardens, BooksPlus, and the Fanshawe College Biz Booth.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
