Police Investigate Rash Of Break And Enters

London police are investigating after a rash of daytime break and enters over the past eight days.

Since June 20, seven homes throughout the city have been broken into between 6:30am and 6:30pm. In all of the cases police say a window screen was cut and removed and jewelry and cash was taken.

Police are looking for a woman described as white, approximately 20 to 30-years-old with blonde hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a t-shirt and pants and was carrying a backpack.

Anyone with information about these break and enters is asked to call police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
