Police Seek Armed Robbery Suspect

London police are looking for a suspect after an armed convenience store robbery in the southeast end.

Police say a man walked into the Mac's Milk at 2030 Meadowgate Blvd. just before 2am on Monday, pulled a knife and demanded money and lottery tickets from the clerk. The man then took off with an undisclosed amount of cash and scratch tickets.

The clerk was not injured in the robbery.

Police are now searching for a man described as Middle Eastern with a heavy accent, 5'10", and clean shaven. He was wearing dark clothing and a dark winter hat.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
