UPDATE: Power Restored

Hydro One crews have restored power to the majority of customers after outages impacted thousands of customers in southern and central Ontario.

Most outages northwest of London, as well as near St. Marys and Exeter were fixed on Saturday. Power has also been restored to over 1,000 customers in Parkhill and the surrounding area.

Hydro One crews were working through the night to restore power after rain storms swept across the province Friday evening, causing numerous outages.

At one point last night, nearly 1,000 Hydro One customers were without power in the Municipality of Bluewater. Power has also since been restored there.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
