Stolen Police Uniforms Recovered

London police have recovered the stolen emergency services uniforms along with other articles of clothing from a residence located on Centre St.

The uniform shirts, pants, and jackets were located on July 23, where police also found a wedding dress, a gown and a pair of men's dress pants.

Police say the uniforms were stolen overnight from a local dry cleaners on July 21.

The uniforms belonged to the London Police Service, London Police Auxiliary and Western University Campus Community Police Service.

Police have charged 31-year-old Michelle Carter with five counts of possession of property obtained by crime.  She is scheduled to appear in court Sunday July 24, 2016.

London police are continuing with the investigation.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
