One Hurt In Serious Crash Involving Dump Truck

A person has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a car and dump truck collided in east London.

London police were called to the crash at Veterans Memorial Pkwy. and Dundas St. around 10:30am on Tuesday.

The driver of the car suffered serious injuries, while the truck driver was not hurt.

The intersection was closed for several hours as police investigate the cause of the collision. It was reopened to traffic just after 5pm.
