Police issued a news release just after 10am on Friday saying Owen Clarke has been located safely. It came just one day after police asked for the public's help finding the man.
Clarke hadn't been heard from since 2:40pm on Wednesday causing concern for his welfare from family and police.
Police are thanking the public for its assistance in the matter.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
