Police Seek Jewellery Store Robbery Suspect

Police in St. Thomas are asking for help as they try to find a man who robbed a jewellery store.

Around 11:40am Tuesday, a man robbed B & L Jewellers on First Ave. in St. Thomas. Police are looking for a black male, 5'11", with a muscular build. Police say he was wearing a construction vest.

It's believed he escaped in a dark grey, four door sedan similar to a newer Elantra.

Anyone with any information is asked to call St. Thomas police or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
