Foul Play Ruled Out In Drumbo Woman's Death

More than two months after the body of a Drumbo mother was discovered inside a vehicle, provincial police have ruled out foul play in her death.

Jessica Rowe, 31, went missing on her way to work August 6. A few hours later, her body was found by Oxford OPP officers who were investigating a suspicious vehicle parked along Canning Rd., near Hwy. 2 in Blandford Blenheim Township.

The death was deemed suspicious three days later. Police set up a tip line for the public to call with information that might be relevant to the investigation. Rowe's family and friends took to Facebook, urging people to use the tip line.

Following that police were tight-lipped about the investigation saying only that it "remained active." On Tuesday that changed when they announced that, as a result of evidence obtained through an autopsy, foul play had been ruled out in the incident.
