Update On Death Investigation Coming

Provincial police will provide the public with an update on a death investigation involving London and several other southwestern Ontario communities.

Woodstock police, London police, and the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch will announce the outcome of their investigation at a news conference in Woodstock at 10am on Tuesday.

Police have been tight-lipped about the death investigation which began in Woodstock on September 29. It expanded to London, as well as Oxford and Brant counties shortly after that date.

On October 14, police announced that a suspect had been identified and there was no further risk to public safety.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
