Highbury Crash Sends One To Hospital

A two-vehicle crash in south London has sent one person to hospital.

London police say the vehicles collided on Highbury Ave., near Commissioners Rd. E just before 12:20pm on Thursday.

The force of the crash caused one of the vehicles to roll. The driver of that vehicle had to be cut from the wreckage and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Highbury Ave. between Hamilton Rd. and Commissioners Rd. E was temporarily closed. It has since been reopened.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
