OPP Looking For Stolen First World War Machine Gun

Elgin OPP are asking for the public's help in the search for a stolen First World War era machine gun.

The gun was stolen from a vehicle on Talbot Ln. in Southwold Township sometime after 8pm on October 26.

Police say it is inoperable and used in war re-enactments.

Anyone with information regarding this theft is asked to contact Elgin County OPP at 1-519-631-2920 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
