Coyote Spotted In South London

Police are advising Londoners to steer clear of a coyote spotted in the south end of the city.

London police were called by animal control around 9am on Monday to assist with the capture of a coyote in the Nicholas Cres. and Renny Cres. area. The animal was last seen running south from officers near Exeter Rd.

It's believed the coyote is either injured or ill.

Anyone who spots the animal is asked not to approach it but rather call police from a safe location.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
