Free Bus Rides For Kids to Santa Claus Parade

Parents taking kids to the London Santa Claus parade on Saturday can save a bit of money by taking the bus.

The LTC is offering free rides on all routes for children who qualify to pay child's fare (age 5 - Grade 6) and are accompanied by an adult between 4pm and 10pm. As always, kids under five ride for free.

London Transit officials hope the move will encourage parents to leave their vehicles at home for the night to avoid traffic and parking challenges.

The 60th annual London Santa Claus Parade begins at 6pm and runs along Dundas St. from Egerton St. to Ridout St

The LTC Christmas bus will be a part of the parade after which it will be in regular service until December 31.
