Four Hurt In Downtown Crash

Four people, including an infant, were injured in a downtown collision that saw one of the vehicles end up on its side.

London police say two SUVs collided on York St. at Ridout St. just before 11:20am on Friday. The force of the crash caused one of the SUVs to roll onto its side, colliding with a four-door sedan.

Three adults and an infant suffered minor injuries. They were taken to hospital as a precaution.

"We are still investigating but it does look like charges will be laid at some point," said Sergeant Scott Guilford.

The intersection of York St. and Ridout St. was closed for roughly an hour. It has since been reopened.
