Kid's Christmas Gifts Snatched From Church

London police are looking for a Grinch who they say stole a bag of children's Christmas presents from a local church.

A man walked into the United Church on Colborne St. around 7:25pm on Monday and took off with a large bag filled with ten Christmas packages for kids, according to police.

The incident was caught on a surveillance camera. Police released an image of a suspect on Wednesday.

The man is described as white, 55-65 years old, 5'10", 170 lbs, with a full mustache. He was wearing a black Nike backpack, and a black jacket with a hood.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
