It was announced just after 6am that buses across Oxford were cancelled for the day on Friday. However, schools in Oxford are still open.
So far, buses are scheduled to begin on time in London, Middlesex, and Elgin.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
