A 41-year-old London man is facing charges after a woman said she was sexually assaulted by an Uber driver.
Middlesex OPP say they were called to incident of sexual assault at 1:45am on December 4.
A 21-year-old London woman had booked an Uber ride to a destination in Southwest Middlesex. Police say she was sexually assaulted by the driver.
Officers arrested the driver at the scene.
Islam Soliman, 41, of London is accused of sexual assault and forcible confinement. He is to appear in court on December 22.
