Police Seek Suspect In Downtown Stabbing

Police are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed several times in downtown London.

London police say a man walking along Dundas St., near Richmond St. around 9pm on Wednesday, when a man walking in the opposite direction, stabbed him before taking off with a woman.

The injured man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say they are looking into the nature of the relationship between the two men.

The male suspect is described as being 25-30 year of age, having an olive skin-tone, short buzzed hair, and a medium build. He was wearing a grey and white camouflaged jacket. The woman is described as white, with a thin build, wearing a white jacket.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
