Five Charged In Drug Bust

Five Londoners have been charged after a drug bust saw police seize more than $64,000 worth of marijuana, cocaine, and oxycodone pills.

Police raided homes on Nelson St. and Hamilton Rd. on Friday. They seized 2,909 g of marijuana, 377.8 g of hash, 413 g of hash oil, 311 g of psilocybin, 15 g of shatter, seven resin vape pens, 45 g of cocaine, 102 oxycodone pills, and 100 g of resin oil. The approximately value of the drugs is $64,115.

Roughly $14,000 cash was also seized.

Four men and one woman from London were arrested. They are charged with multiple counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
