Police Seize Cocaine, Crystal Meth

A man and woman are facing drug charges after London police seized cocaine and crystal methamphetamine during a raid.

Police searched a home on Adelaide St. N on Friday. Officers turned up 3 g of crystal methamphetamine, 9 g of cocaine, 7 g of crack cocaine, and 17 TEC pills.

The drugs seized are valued at approximately $1,985. Police also found a quantity of Canadian currency at the home.

A 42-year-old London man and a 25-year-old Lucan woman are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

An additional three charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking were also laid against the man.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
