Lightning Beat A's To Win Six Straight Games

The London Lightning scored their sixth straight win with a 99-93 victory over the Orangeville A's at Budweiser Gardens on Monday.

The A's scored three point advantage in the first quarter, and remained ahead 54-51 at halftime. The Lightning were able to tie things up at 60 points a piece with 6:56 left in the third, and then took a lead 73-72 going into the fourth.

The A's retook a 78-76 lead in the final frame, but London jumped ahead to gain a four point advantage with just 1:35 left in the game. The Lightning remained ahead to win with a six point lead.

Doug Herring Jr. scored a game high 26 points for London and had five rebounds. Royce White also put up 19 points and ten rebounds, while Garrett Williamson had 16 points and three rebounds.

The Lightning will take on the A's again on March 26 at the Athlete Institute. Tip off is at 3pm.
