Elgin OPP say the school bus was rear ended by an SUV on Queens St. at Third St. around 4pm on Wednesday. The bus was not moving at the time of the crash.
There were 50 kids on the bus. Another bus was sent to the scene to take the children to their homes.
The SUV driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say the investigation is on-going and charges are pending.

A meet the candidates night is planned on Monday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community and Youth Centre.
The series will bring both aspiring and established business owners together on Tuesday evenings at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre.
Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
