Three Dogs Found Dead In Norfolk County

Police are investigating after three dogs were found dead in a wooded area in Norfolk County.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Monday around 3:34pm, officers were contacted after the skeletal remains of two dogs were located near the St. Williams Conservation Area on 6th Concession Rd., in South Walsingham.  The remains of another dog were also found, and police believe the animal was shot and killed.

The third dog is described as being black, brown and white in colour.

Anyone with information about this incident or anyone who may know the identify the owner of the animals, is asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1 - 800-222-8477(TIPS).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
