Fanshawe Rates High Among Grads

When it comes to graduates finding jobs, Fanshawe College is tops among large colleges in Ontario.

Results from the Key Performance Indicators survey show 87% of Fanshawe graudates find work after graduation. That places Fanshawe first among Ontario's large community colleges.

The survey also showed Fanshawe's over graduation rate of 70.4% was first among large colleges.

“Fanshawe is committed to providing leading-edge programs and preparing students for careers that meet the labour market needs of today and the future,” says Fanshawe President Peter Devlin in a news release issued by the college on Wednesday. “We are pleased these results indicate we are doing a great job and we continue to look for ways to improve.”

The KPI survey asked graduates if they were pleased with their college education. Nearly eight in ten Fanshawe graduates said they were.

Fanshawe’s KPI results are available at http://www.fanshawec.ca/kpi and the results from all 24 colleges in Ontario can be found at www.collegesontario.org.
