Women Sexually Assaulted On LTC Bus

London police are asking any additional victims of sexual assault on board an LTC bus to come forward.

A woman called police after she was inappropriately touched by a man while on the 17A bus around 7:30am last Friday.

According to police, video footage from the London Transit Commission appears to show a man sexually assaulting other women throughout his two hour bus ride. The man boarded the bus in Byron just before 7am, according to police.

Police have arrested a man described as Caucasian, 42-years-old, 5'10''-5'11'', around 230 lbs, with blue eyes, blonde shoulder-length hair, and a strawberry blonde moustache and beard. He was also wearing glasses.

Charges are pending in the case.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
