It happened at 11:40 am at the intersection of Bradley and Adelaide in the city's south end.
Police say three vehicles were involved, and the impact flipped one of the vehicles onto its roof.
One person was taken to hospital with injuries that are not considered serious, and the intersection was closed for some time.
No names have been released.
